Guest guest Posted April 11, 2002 Report Share Posted April 11, 2002 Tomato-Potato Soup 1 10.75 oz can Healthy Request Tomato Soup 2 1/2 cups reduced sodium tomato juice 1 cup finely diced onion 3 cups finely diced raw potatoes 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine tomato soup and tomato juice. Stir in onion, potatoes, and parsley flakes. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Mix well before serving.
