Polar CremesIngredients:16 oz semi-sweet chocolate morsels2 tablespoons butter2 eggs1 cup brown sugar, packed1 cup whipping cream, whipped2/3 cup melted butter1/2 cup crushed Heath bar1/2 cup blanched, slivered almonds, toasted1 teaspoon vanillaInstructions:1. Melt chocolate and 2 tablespoons butter.

Pour into muffin tins (lined with paper muffin cups).

Paint chocolate up sides of paper making a thin coating. Freeze.2. Beat eggs until thick and light.

Add sugar; blend until dissolved.

Add melted butter, candy, almonds and vanilla.

Fold in cream.

Spoon into chocolate shells. Freeze.

About 15 minutes before serving, remove from freezer and peel off paper. Makes 16.
