Guest guest Posted April 24, 2002 Report Share Posted April 24, 2002 M & M's FudgiesIngredients:1 cup butter or margarine, softened1 cup brown sugar1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa3/4 cup corn syrup1/2 teaspoon vanilla1 egg1/2 teaspoon baking powder2 cups all-purpose flour1 cup M & M's plain chocolate candiesInstructions: 1. In medium bowl, cream butter, sugar and cocoa with electricmixer on low speed until well-blended. While mixer is running, gradually add corn syrup and continue to blend until mixture isslightly fluffy. Add vanilla and egg, mix well. 2. Stir baking powder into flour. Stir dry ingredients, a spoonful at a time, into butter mixture until mixture is smooth. Fold in candies. 3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased or parchment paper lined baking sheets. Bake in preheated 350 F oven 10 to 12 minutes or until firm. Remove from oven and cool 2 to 3 minutes before transferring cookies to wire rack to cool completely.
