Guest guest Posted April 23, 2002 Report Share Posted April 23, 2002 Buffalo Style Tofu Ingredients 1 Lb. extra firm tofu 1 Tbsp. garlic powder (or fresh minced) 1/4 cup fleishman's low-fat margarine (yes, it's vegan) 1/2 cup hot sauce, more or less to taste Directions: Cut the extra firm tofu into 1/4 inch thick strips and sprinkle with garlic powder or rub thoroughly witht he minced garlic. Spray a fry pan with cooking spray and fry the tofu on high heat, flipping occassionally. The tofu is done once the outside has been slightly browned. Melt the margarine in the microwave; add the hot sauce and stir this mixture. When the tofu is ready, place it in the sauce and make sure the tofu is well covered. ===== Language is an expression of thought.
