Apple, Cheese and Walnut SaladINGREDIENTS:

3 T olive oil2 T basalmic vinegar2 t Dijon-style mustard1 clove garlic, crushedfresh ground pepper, to taste8 c torn mixed salad greens2 medium Fuji apples (halved, cored and sliced 1/8" thick)1/3 c crumbled blue cheese1/4 c coarsely chopped toasted walnutsPREPARATION METHODVinaigrette: In small bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients;set aside.In large bowl, combine salad greens and apple slices. Addvinaigrette to salad; toss gently to coat.
