Guest guest Posted April 26, 2002 Report Share Posted April 26, 2002 ONION 'N DILL POTATOESNew red potatoes are seasoned with butter, onion and dill.Ingredients------------------------------- 1 3/4 pounds small new red potatoes, quartered- Water- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion- 3 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Spread with Sweet Cream- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill *- 1/4 teaspoon salt- 1/4 teaspoon pepperCooking Instructions: Place potatoes and enough water to cover in 3-quart saucepan. Cook over high heat until water comes to a full boil (4 to 6 minutes). Reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking until potatoes are fork tender (8 to 12 minutes). Drain. Return potatoes to pan. Stir together all remaining ingredients in small bowl; pour over potatoes.
