GREEN CHILE DEVILED EGGSThese deviled eggs have south of the border flavor.Ingredients------------------------------- 12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled- 2/3 cup Sour Cream- 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard- 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drainedCooking Instructions:Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove egg yolks. Set egg white halves aside. Mash egg yolks in medium bowl. Stir in all remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon about 1 rounded tablespoon egg yolk mixture into each egg white half. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
