Guest guest Posted April 27, 2002 Report Share Posted April 27, 2002 Green Apple Salad1 head red leaf lettuce or other tender lettuce4 green apples, pared and diced1/4-cup pecans, chopped1/4-cup olive oil1/4-cup apple cider vinegarSalt and pepperWash and pat dry lettuce leaves and place in a large bowl. Add apples and pecans. Combine oil and vinegar and salt and pepper in a cruet and shake well. J Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
