Guest guest Posted April 29, 2002 Report Share Posted April 29, 2002 Peaches and Cream Cake______________________________Ingredients:3/4 cup self-rising flour1 package cheesecake or vanilla flavored instant pudding mix3 Tbsp. butter, softened1 egg1/2 cup milk1 large can sliced peaches, drained (save juice)8 oz. cream cheese, softened1/2 cup sugar1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 teaspoons sugarPreparation: Preheat oven 350Mix together first 5 ingredients. Spread in lightly greased deep pie plate or casserole dish. Arrange peaches over batter.Beat the cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoons peach juice for about 2 minutes. Spread over peaches, leaving a 1-inch border.Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
