Guest guest Posted May 3, 2002 Report Share Posted May 3, 2002 Horseradish Mashed Potatoes4 large Potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces4 tablespoons Butter3/4 cup (or more) MilkSalt and white pepper to taste1 1/4 Tablespoons Horseradish (prepared)Place the peeled and cut potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Cook until soft. Drain and place in a mixer bowl. Add the butter and half the milk. Whip on low. Gradually add milk and increase the mixer speed until smooth. Add the horseradish and blend in.
