Guest guest Posted May 9, 2002 Report Share Posted May 9, 2002 3-Minute Fudge1 Can (5-1/2 ounces) evaporated milk (2/3 cup)1-2/3 cups sugar1/2 teaspoon salt16 large marshmallows (quartered)1-1/2 (6 oz size) semisweet chocolate pieces1 teaspoon of vanilla1/2 cup chopped nutsButter square pan, 9x9x2. Combine milk,sugar,and salt in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, to 225 degrees on candy thermometer(or untilmixture spins a thread about 2 inches long from when dropped from spoon). Remove from heat; add marshmallows, chocolate pieces, vanilla,and nuts. Stir until marshmallows and chocolate pieces are melted. Pour mixture into pan.
