Guest guest Posted May 17, 2002 Report Share Posted May 17, 2002 Spicy Southwestern Slaw Servings: 6Ingredients:3 cups shredded cabbage1 carrot, shredded1 onion, diced1 red bell pepper, diced1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro1/2 cup canola oil2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar1 tablespoon white sugar1 teaspoon cayenne peppersalt and pepper to tasteDirections:1. In a large bowl, toss together the cabbage, carrot, onion, red pepper, jalapeno and cilantro. Set aside. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
