Guest guest Posted May 20, 2002 Report Share Posted May 20, 2002 Tofu Sour Cream 1 cup firm silken tofu, patted dry 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 Tbsp. oil 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. salt Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Chill before serving. Makes 1 1/2 cups Calories: 22 Kc Fat: 2 grams Fiber: 0 grams ***The prepared mustard is optional in this recipe.
