Baked Scrambled Tofu

 

1 package firm tofu

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

1/4 cup almonds, sliced

2 tsp. Bragg's Liquid Aminos

1/2 red pepper, chopped

1 1/2 tsp. chicken-style seasoning

1 tsp. parsley flakes

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes

1/4 tsp. onion powder

1/4 tsp. turmeric

 

Drain tofu thoroughly. Mash tofu in a bowl and mix in remaining

ingredients. Allow mixture to stand in refrigerator for several hours or

over night to let flavors blend. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in an

uncovered baking pan. Stir occasionally and before serving.
