Guest guest Posted May 20, 2002 Report Share Posted May 20, 2002 Baked Scrambled Tofu 1 package firm tofu 1/2 cup green onions, chopped 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced 1/4 cup almonds, sliced 2 tsp. Bragg's Liquid Aminos 1/2 red pepper, chopped 1 1/2 tsp. chicken-style seasoning 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. turmeric Drain tofu thoroughly. Mash tofu in a bowl and mix in remaining ingredients. Allow mixture to stand in refrigerator for several hours or over night to let flavors blend.
