Tofu Balls

 

1 package tofu, firm, mashed

1/2 cup flour

3 Tbsp. soy sauce

1/2 tsp. mustard

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 cup bread crumbs

2 Tbsp. peanut butter

1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed

1 onion, small, chopped fine

 

Mix all ingredients together. Roll 1 1/2 inch balls in flour and fry in oil

over medium heat until browned all over. Place on cookie sheet and bake in

oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Serve with peanut sauce.
