Firecracker Pasta Salad______________________________Ingredients:1 16oz box of Penne Pasta 1 16oz box of Rotelle Pasta 2 Cups of diced yellow onion 2 Cups of diced green bell pepper 2 Cups o diced red bell pepper 2 1/2 Cups of ranch dressing 1/3 Cup BBQ sauce 2/3 Cup grated parmesan cheese 1/2 Cup minced scallions Salt and pepper to taste Preparation:Cook pasta according to directions.

Rinse in cold water until cool and drain well. In large bowl, mix pasta, onions, and peppers. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill and sprinkle with scallions before serving.
