Guest guest
Whole Wheat Bread______________________________There is nothing like the aroma of fresh baked bread. Make extra for sandwiches! Ingredients:1 Yeast package1 Cup of lukewarm water1 Cup of milk2 Tablespoons of butter2 Tablespoons of blackstrap molasses2 Tablespoons of honey1 Teaspoon of salt6 Cups whole-wheat flourPreparation:Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add milk to butter, molasses, honey and salt with yeast water. Add flour until dough can be handled without sticking to bread board or hands. It will not require all the flour. Place in a greased bowl and cover until double in size. Divide in half. Place in greased pans. Cover with towel. Let rise again. Bake in a bread pan for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. - Official partner of 2002 FIFA World Cup
