Guest guest Posted May 31, 2002 Report Share Posted May 31, 2002 Cream Cheese And Herb Mashed Potatoes4 large Potatoes, peeled and quartered2 Tablespoons Butter1/2 cup Milk4 ounces Cream cheese, softened1 Tablespoon Chives, snipped1 1/2 Tablespoons Parsley, choppedSalt and pepper to tasteBoil the potatoes until soft. Drain, and add the rest of the ingredients. Mash to the desired consistency. Check the seasonings. Serve warm.
