Guest guest Posted June 3, 2002 Report Share Posted June 3, 2002 Spring Soup 4 cups water 2 cups cubed poatoes, 1 " 3 cups fresh cauliflower, 1 " pieces 1 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder 1 Tbsp. dried chives OR 2 Tbsp. fresh Bring potatoes, water, and cauliflower to a boil in kettle. Reduce heat and cook until tender. Transfer 3 cups at a time to a blender and puree. Place back in kettle and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and then remove from heat.
