Guest guest Posted June 3, 2002 Report Share Posted June 3, 2002 Tofu Whipped Cream 1 cup silken tofu, lite 1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. oil 2 tsp. water 2 Tbsp. sweetener of choice (honey, stevia, maple syrup) 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Blend all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate for two hours to enhance the flavor.
