Guest guest Posted June 6, 2002 Report Share Posted June 6, 2002 Apple Cranberry Relish1 pound Rome Beauty apples, peeled, cored and cut into chunks1 package (12 ounces) cranberries1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar1/3 cup unsweetened apple juice1/3 cup diced mixed dried fruit2-1/2 teaspoons Sweet'N Low1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground allspice1. In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and cook overmedium-high heat, stirring until cranberries pop, about 5 to 7 minutes. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes or until apples are tender and mixture is thick.2. Store covered in refrigerator.
