Guest guest Posted June 7, 2002 Report Share Posted June 7, 2002 Spinach and Tortellini Salad Servings: 4Ingredients:1 (9 ounce) package cheese-filled tortellini1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressingDirections:1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain. 2. In a large bowl, combine the tortellini, spinach, cheese, tomatoes and olives.
