Guest guest Posted June 13, 2002 Report Share Posted June 13, 2002 Freezer Crescent Rolls2 c. warm water2/3 c. dry milk1/2 c. butter1 Tbsp. yeast1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. instant dry potatoes1 1/2 tsp. salt2 eggs4-5 c. flourMix in order given. Knead about 8 min. let rise one time; punch down. Divide in two. Roll each piece into 16" circle. Brush with soft margarine. Cut each circle into 12-18 wedges. Starting at wide end of wedge, roll up. Place on greased baking sheet with point at bottom. If freezing- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until hard, then transfer to plastic bag. Remove from freezer onto greased baking sheet 3-4 hours before baking. To bake- Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 10 min. Brush tops with margarine if desired and serve.
