Fresh Cranberry Orange RelishINGREDIENTS:3 c Cranberries, fresh or frozen1 Orange (medium)3/4-1 c SugarPREPARATION METHODSlice unpeeled orange into eighths; remove seeds. Place half thecranberries and half the orange slices in food processor. Processuntil mixture is evenly chopped. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat withremaining cranberries and orange slices. Stir in sugar.
