Guest guest
Tip of the Day: Peeling Hard-Boiled EggsThe shells of hard-boiled eggs are easy to remove if done so while the eggs are still slightly warm from cooking. Refrigerating them with the shells on tends to bind the outer covering to the cooked egg. Briefly, cool the eggs in running water after cooking. Peel the eggs, cover them, and store them in the refrigerator until needed. They should keep well for two to three days.
