Guest guest Posted June 19, 2002 Report Share Posted June 19, 2002 Sun-dried Tomato Pesto1/2 cup sun-dried tomato pieces1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin1 clove garlic3 tbs Balsamic vinegar1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional)In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth, saltand pepper to taste.
