Guest guest Posted June 25, 2002 Report Share Posted June 25, 2002 Orange Jell-O salad ______________________________Ingredients:1-15 1/2-ounces can of crushed pineapple1- Cup coconut2- Cups buttermilk1-Cup pecans (optional)1- 12- ounces container whipped toppingPreparation:Pour pineapple and its juices into saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in Coconut and buttermilk. Add pecans, if desired.Fold in whipped topping. Pour in bundt pan or ring mold that has been sprayed lightly with cooking oil.
