Tip of the Day:Boil First-Peel Later?It's much easier to peal peaches, tomatoes, potatoes if you boil them first.

For peaches and tomatoes, make a small "x" onthe top and bottom of the fruit. Pop them in to rapidly boiled waterfor 10 to 15 seconds, remove from the water and slip them out of theirskins. For potatoes, cook until they're ready to serve andthen peel if desired.
