Guest guest Posted June 28, 2002 Report Share Posted June 28, 2002 1/2 cup fine bulgur 4 bunches of parsley, chopped 1 bunch green onions, chopped 2 large tomatoes, diced 1/2 bunch mint or 2 T. dry 1 t. salt 1/2 cup olive oil 3 lemons, juiced Soak bulgur in room temperature water until soft (approximately 1 hour). Drain the water. Remove stems from parsley. Chop fine, and combine with the remaining ingredients. Serve chilled. Serves: 10. Calories per serving: 145; protein: 2 grams; carbohydrate: 12 grams; fat: 11 grams; cholesterol: 0 milligrams; sodium: 226 milligrams. ===== Language is an expression of thought.
