Muesli

 

4 1/2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup toasted wheat germ

1/2 cup wheat bran

1/2 cup oat bran

1 cup raisins

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds

1 cup dried or fresh berries

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except

berries, if fresh. Mix well. Store in an airtight

container. Add fresh berries just before serving.

Yield: 8 cups (16 servings). Calories per serving:

270; protein: 11 grams; carbohydrate: 8 grams; fat: 7

grams; fiber: ?? grams; cholesterol: 0 milligrams.
