Sugar Free Tropical Shake:(Makes 2 servings)1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt1/2 cup sliced banana1/4 cup crushed pineapple packed in unsweetened juice1/4 cup skim milk2 packets Sweet'N Low1/2 teaspoon coconut extract 6 ice cubes1. In a blender at medium speed, blend all the ingredients until smoothand frothy. Pour into 2 glasses.Per serving (1 cup): 130 calories, 4 g protein, 29 g carbohydrate, 1 gfat, 1 g saturated fat, 1 mg cholesterol, 55 mg sodium.Diabetic exchanges: 1/2 nonfat milk, 1-1/2 fruit
