Guest guest Posted July 3, 2002 Report Share Posted July 3, 2002 TABILCH (Egyptian) INGREDIENTS: 1 medium-large size zucchini equal amount canned green beans 2 small cans tomato sauce heavy curry heavy sage medium-light tarragon light lemon peel 1/3 onion 4 c. water 2 c. brown rice Cook rice in water with bouillon cubes, uncovered until water boils out. Separately cook zucchini and green beans and onion in tomato sauce for 10 minutes. Add spices and cook 10 more minutes. Pour over rice.
