Egyptian Lemon and Garlic Potato Salad

 

 

Ingredients:

 

2-1/2 pounds red potatoes

1/2 cup chopped parsley

1 clove garlic, minced

Juice of 2 lemons

1 Tablespoon vegetable oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes, and cool. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Chill and serve.

Fat: 3 grams
