FRUIT SOY SHAKE

 

1/2 cup orange, apple, apricot, or other fruit juice

 

1/2 cup brewed organic green tea or fruit juice

1/4 cup berries of your choice

1 banana

1 teaspoon lime juice (optional)

1/2 cup soy protein powder (flavored if desired)

 

Whip in blender, adding ice cubes, if desired.
