Serve with corn on the cob; sliced fresh tomatoes; watermelon for dessert. Ingredients 1/4 cup fat-free or reduced-calorie mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1 - lime 2 - Southwestern-style black bean veggie burgers 2 - whole-wheat hamburger buns, toasted Preparation - Estimated cooking time: under 30 minutes - 1 In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and chili powder. Grate a little lime zest into the bowl, then cut lime in half and squeeze in lime juice. Mix, adding a little salt if needed. 2 Heat a stovetop grill pan or heavy-bottomed sauté pan over medium-high heat.
