In each of 4 dessert bowls arrange watermelon, nectarines, and banana. Drizzle 1 tablespoon orange liqueur or orange juice over each serving. Stir together the light dairy sour cream and lime peel; spoon 1/4 cup onto each serving. 2. Place sugar in a heavy medium skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, uncovered, without stirring, just until the sugar begins to melt and bubble, shaking the skillet occasionally to heat evenly. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook about 5 minutes more or until the sugar is melted and golden, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon after sugar begins to melt. Remove the skillet from heat. Quickly and carefully drizzle some of the caramelized sugar atop each serving. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
