Creamy French Dressing

 

Ingredients

 

 

1 tablespoon chopped shallot

1 1/4 cups (10 fl oz/300 ml) low-sodium catsup

4 ounces (120 g) low-fat silken tofu

1 cup (8 fl oz/240 ml) water

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

 

 

Preparation - Estimated cooking time: Under 30 minutes

1 Puree shallots in a food processor. Add catsup,

tofu, water, mustard and pepper and process for 1

minute.
