Guest guest Posted August 6, 2002 Report Share Posted August 6, 2002 Grilled Tri-Colored Pepper & Mushroom SaladPrep time : 10 minReady in :20 minIngredients:1 green pepper1 red pepper1 yellow pepper8 oz. portabello mushroom caps3/4 cup KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT Red Wine Vinaigrette Reduced Fat DressingPreparation:Cut peppers into quarters. Toss peppers and mushrooms with 1/2 cup of the dressing. Drain vegetables; reserve dressing.Place vegetables on grill over medium coals. Grill 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, turning and brushing occasionally with reserved dressing.
