Guest guest Posted August 8, 2002 Report Share Posted August 8, 2002 Pina Colada Fruit2 (8 ounce) cartons plain yogurt4 serving size package of low-cal vanilla pudding mix1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple1-teaspoon coconut extract1-teaspoon rum extract1 cup frozen whipped light topping (thawed)Bite sized pieces of fresh fruits (such as pineapple, strawberries,kiwi, grapes, etc...)In a medium bowl blend yogurt and pudding mix; stir in pineapple andextracts. Fold in whipped topping. Cover; refrigerate until servingtime. Serve with fruit dippers.
