Guest guest
Tip Of The Day: Picking Perfect BananasLook for: Bananas, which are firm, bright in appearance, and free frombruises or other injury. The state of ripeness is indicated by skincolor. Best eating quality has been reached when the solid yellowcolor is specked with brown. At this stage, the flesh is mellow andthe flavor is fully developed. Bananas with green tips or withpractically no yellow color have not developed their full flavorpotential.Avoid: Bruised fruit (indicating rapid deterioration and waste);discolored skins (a sign of decay); a dull, grayish, aged appearance(showing that the bananas have been exposed to cold and will not ripenproperly).Occasionally, the skin may be entirely brown and yet the flesh willstill be in prime condition.***********My Special Thought To You: Half Of Doing Anything Is Believing That You Can Anonymous Health - Feel better, live better
