Wild Mushroom Pizza3 Tablespoons Olive oil1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced3/4 cup Portobello mushrooms, chopped3/4 cup Shitake mushrooms, sliced3/4 cup Porcini mushrooms, sliced1 Pizza crust (bread machine, refrigerated, etc.)2 cups Mozzarella, sliced4 Roma tomatoes, sliced2 cups Fontina cheese, gratedHeat the oil in a heavy skillet. Add the garlic and mushrooms and cookuntil just soft. Set aside. Heat the oven to 425. Top the crust withthe mozzarella. Top with the tomato slices. Spoon on the mushrooms.Sprinkle on the Fontina. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheesebegins to lightly brown. Serves 4
