Guest guest Posted August 12, 2002 Report Share Posted August 12, 2002 Basic Salsa2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped1 medium onion, chopped3 green onions, white and green parts, sliced2 tablespoons cilantro (Mexican parsley), fresh, minced2 1/2 teaspoons lime or lemon juice1/4-teaspoon salt1 jalapeno pepper, dicedCombine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss well. Use this freshsalsa at room temperature immediately after making or keep in therefrigerator for up to two days.
