A combination of raw vegetables, canned beans, and pre-packaged nacho-flavor chips makes this dish a delight for any cook to make. Servings: 12Ingredients:1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded2 cucumbers, sliced2 bunches green onions, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped1 head cauliflower, chopped1 (16 ounce) package baby carrots, chopped1 head broccoli, chopped1 bunch radishes, sliced2 (15 ounce) cans ranch-style beans, drained1 (16 ounce) bottle Ranch-style salad dressing1 (13.5 ounce) package nacho-flavor tortilla chipsDirections:1. Place the shredded lettuce in a large, flat dish. Layer with cucumbers, green onions, green bell pepper, cauliflower, baby carrots, broccoli, and radishes. Pour drained beans over the vegetables. Cover with Ranch-style dressing, and top with nacho-flavor tortilla chips.
