Guest guest Posted August 19, 2002 Report Share Posted August 19, 2002 Orange Ginger Dressing Ingredients 1 tablespoon white miso paste - teaspoon grated orange zest 1/4 - granulated garlic 2-inch - piece fresh ginger, peeled 1 - shallot, peeled (about 1 tablespoon chopped) 1 cup canned mandarin orange segments, including juice 1/4 cup low-sodium tamari soy sauce 2 tablespoons water Preparation - Estimated cooking time: Under 30 minutes - 1 Place ginger and shallot in a food processor fitted with a metal blade and chop fine. 2 Scrape down sides of work bowl. Add remaining ingredients and blend.
