Guest guest Posted August 21, 2002 Report Share Posted August 21, 2002 TOFU JALAPENO QUICHE (yeast free) 4 lbs. Hard tofu 2 c. cooked/drained/chopped kale 4 oz. Jar of pimentos 1 Recipe soy sour cream 1 Package of soy jalapeno cheese (sliced) 1 Recipe flaky pie crust MASH tofu and ADD sour cream. SET aside for 10 minutes. ADD kale, pimentos and ½ amount of the cheese slices to the tofu. TAKE flaky pie crust and PLACE into 9 " pie dish. POUR mixture into pie crust. BAKE at 350 for 20-25 minutes. ADD remaining cheese slices evenly on top of quiche and BAKE for another 5-10 minutes. ===== Language is an expression of thought.
