Guest guest Posted August 21, 2002 Report Share Posted August 21, 2002 TOFU PATTIES (oil free) 1 c. oatmeal or ground bread crumbs 3 Tbsp. Wheat germ 1 small onion, grated 1 tsp. Salt 1 c. soft tofu, mashed 3 Tbsp. Nutritional yeast 1 Tbsp. Chicken-style seasoning 1 Tbsp. Soy flour MIX well. ADD just enough water to form into patties. Brown on both sides in a skillet or on a cookie sheet. BAKE in oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes until brown. ===== Language is an expression of thought.
