Guest guest Posted August 23, 2002 Report Share Posted August 23, 2002 Strawberry & Rhubarb Pie1 1/4 cup sugar1/8 tsp salt1/3 cup flour2 cups strawberries2 cups (i" pieces) fresh rhubarb2 tablespoons oleoCombine sugar, salt, and flour. Arrange half of the strawberries andrhubarb in a pastry lined (9") pie pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 half of thesugar and flour mixture, new repeat the process with the remainingfruit and sugar. Dot the top with oleo. Put on your top crust.Sprinkle top crust with tablespoon of sugar. Put in the oven and bakeat 375 degree IF.
