Guest guest Posted August 27, 2002 Report Share Posted August 27, 2002 Balsamic-Glazed Grilled Peaches Ingredients 2 tablespoons molasses 2 tablespoons honey 4 - large ripe peaches 1 cup (8 fl oz/240ml) balsamic vinegar Preparation - Estimated cooking time: under 30 minutes - 1 In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring vinegar to a boil. Cook until reduced by half, about 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in molasses and honey. 2 Prepare grill. Peel peaches and cut into halves. Remove pits and peel. Brush all over very lightly with balsamic glaze. Place peaches with cut sides down on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes; flip peaches, then brush insides of peach halves liberally with glaze. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes or until peaches are tender.
