Guest guest Posted August 28, 2002 Report Share Posted August 28, 2002 Cornflake Roast Ingredients: 2 cup Crushed Corn Flakes 2 cup Quick Oatmeal 2 small Minced Onion ½ cup Oil ¼ cup Water ¼ to 1 tsp. Poultry Seasoning 1 large can Mushroom Soup Directions: Mix & pour in oiled & crumbled pan. Bake 1 hour @ 350 & #778; with cover for first ½ hr. Variations: replace 1 large can with a 19 oz. can of mushroom and a 19 oz. can of celery. Add 2 oz. ground almonds may be added for protein.
