Guest guest Posted August 30, 2002 Report Share Posted August 30, 2002 Mint-Radish ChutneyTime: 30 minutes (20 min prep, 10 min cooking)Makes: 1 cup1/2 cup coarsely chopped tomatoes 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup thinly sliced peeled radishes 1/2 cup firmly packed fresh mint 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro 1 clove garlic 1 to 2 fresh cayenne peppers 1. Place tomato and salt in blender.2. Let stand for 10 minutes.3. Add all remaining ingredients.4.
